These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xe888 ("xe888", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://xe888.cam (the "Platform").

To use the Platform's wagering and financial services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by xe888's registration form.

You agree to provide true and accurate information in all fields, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to notify xe888 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

xe888 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. As part of this process, the Company may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by xe888 for the purposes of identity verification, source of funds, or anti-money laundering compliance.

xe888 reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

Each eligible player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

xe888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for account deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Minimum deposit thresholds are as displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• xe888 does not charge fees on standard MYR withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which xe888 accepts no liability.

Funds deposited into an xe888 account are held for wagering purposes only. xe888 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

xe888 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only. xe888 reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to crediting any bonus.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all xe888 products:

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. xe888 does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error or manifest error has demonstrably occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the Platform will attempt to restore the game to its last verified state. Where this is not possible, all wagers for the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the Platform. Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending account, forfeiture of all associated balances, and notification to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the Platform in furtherance of any fraudulent scheme, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or the laundering of proceeds of crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including multi-accounting, use of VPNs to circumvent regional eligibility restrictions, or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements.
• Software Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Players who discover such errors must report them to xe888 immediately.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xe888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

xe888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xe888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by xe888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account and the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time and for any reason, subject to the following provisions:

• A Player may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting xe888's customer support via the Platform's live chat facility. Any verified positive balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.
• xe888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where there is reason to believe a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.
• In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, xe888 reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including any deposits and winnings, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the Company.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with the procedure described in Section 13 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which xe888 holds its operating licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified under xe888's operating licence, as applicable.
